This course has been developed to provide you with an understanding of how to plan your use of time, plan sales calls to enable you to meet your sales targets, and to develop a plan to manage sales within a sales territory.

In addition the course will provide students with the tools and knowledge to analyze the potential turnover, profit and growth of a sales territory.

As well as being an ISMM certified ‘Award’ and worth 6 credits, this module is also a pre-requisite for two larger Level 3 qualifications - the Level 3 Certificate and Level 3 Diploma.

By the end of the course, students will understand how to manage time and accomplish tasks within deadlines, how to develop a sales call plan, and how to analyze the potential turnover, profit and growth of a sales territory.

To achieve the ISMM Level 3 Diploma, learners must complete each of the mandatory units (U201, U301, U302 and U303), giving a total of 17 credits, plus any of the optional units giving a minimum of another 20 credits, to a total of at least 37 credits.
