ITIL® Capability Stream Certification Suite

Course Overview - Watch the Trailer

When it comes to IT service management (ITSM), few standards or frameworks are as renowned as ITIL. Developed by AXELOS, ITIL provides a set of practices for aligning IT with essential business needs and goals. Earning an ITIL certification will demonstrate your understanding of the topic, as well as your ability to apply ITIL practices to real-world organizations.

This package focuses on the modules of the ITIL Capability Stream and provides everything needed to prepare for, take and pass the associated ITIL exams, including FREE exam vouchers. These intermediate topics look at key ITIL process activities, as well as their execution and use throughout the ITIL Service Lifecycle. The package is an excellent choice for anyone working with the implementation of ITSM at ground level.

This suite is ideal for anyone who works within an organization which has implemented ITIL, or is considering doing so. The package can also provide an excellent avenue for those pursuing careers in IT service management, as it can help fast track them to the level of ITIL Expert. The courses within this suite are accredited by PeopleCert, who are licensed by AXELOS as an Examination Institute for ITIL Certificates in IT Service Management.
