How does MoP work?

MoP offers principles, techniques, and practices for portfolio management, with a focus on: Choosing programs and projects that align with strategic objectives, executing programs and projects in a way that maximizes customer and stakeholder value, and driving change initiatives while still managing 'business-as-usual' activities.
