In this PRINCE2 poster we review the different risk responses that can be used to address either a threat or an opportunity. There are six risk responses for threats: Avoid, reduce, fallback, transfer, accept and share. There are four responses that can be used for opportunities: Exploit, enhance, reject and share. Note that you can share a threat as well as an opportunity.
