About this Resource:

In this poster we examine the Project Plan, which provides a statement of how and when objectives are to be achieved. It does so by showing the major products, activities and resources required within the scope of the plan. It also provides the Business Case with planning costs, and it identifies the management stages and other major control points.

The Project Plan is created by the Project Manager during the Initiating a Project process.
