Over the years, as programmer, support analyst, team leader, service delivery and project manager, consultant and lecturer, Alan has used IT service management practices (ITIL in all its versions), project management (PRINCE2 and Agile), expanding into governance (mostly COBIT5/2019), and also into information security (ISO27001) and cyber resilience (RESILIA and NIST cybersecurity framework).He has used this in various organizations and created and delivered material in all these areas to civilian and military customers, all looking to deal with the threats and opportunities of cyber connectivity in a fast-changing and challenging digital world.
