Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Definitions

  • You/Existing Customer - An individual/company who is a current, paying customer of Good e-Learning.

  • Referred Customer - A new customer who purchases an elearning course after being invited to do so by an Existing Customer. To qualify as a Referred Customer, the Referred Customer must purchase via the link provided by the Existing Customer and use the Existing Customer’s unique discount code.

  • Referral Program - The Referral Program referenced in this terms and conditions

  • Referral Reward - 50 USD amount, which an Existing Customer is paid after accruing a Successful Referral.

  • Successful Referral - This occurs when a Referred Customer pays the full required fee for a Good e-Learning course.

  • Unique Link - Unique personal referral link which Good e-Learning will provide you via the Site or otherwise.

1. Introduction

By using, participating in, sending or receiving links from or to, or engaging in a Checkout experience tied to (collectively referred herein as “use”) the Good e-Learning Referral Program (the “Referral Program”), you understand, acknowledge, and agree to these Referral Program Terms and Conditions (these “Referral Program Terms”). You understand, acknowledge, and agree that the Referral Program is considered an Interactive Feature as set forth in the Terms, and as such, except as contemplated herein, you may not use any portion of the Referral Program that would violate the Terms.

Good e-Learning offers this Referral Program on an AS IS, WHERE IS basis with no guarantees or warranties, express or implied.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to take part in the Referral Program, you must be an Existing Customer.

We reserve the right to audit all referrals to make sure they meet the qualifying criteria to earn you a Referral Reward. Should they, for any variety of reasons, not meet the criteria (including but not limited to being unique, new or not a previous user), we reserve the right to disregard such referrals from the Referral Program.

3. Participation

3.1. Existing Customer: In order to qualify for the Referral Bonus, you must be an active Good e-Learning customer in good standing who refers a unique, by sending them the unique personal referral link which Good e-Learning will provide you via the Site or otherwise (“Unique Link”). You can send this Unique Link via email, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook or otherwise. You may be provided with online tools to help in distributing your Unique Link, and you understand you use those tools at your own risk. For every one (1) User that (a) receives and clicks on your Unique Link and (b) purchases a paid Good e-Learning Course on Good e-Learning’s Site through the use of that Unique Link, Good e-Learning will provide you a Rewards Link gift card in the amount of 50 USD. If the Referred Customer buys a course and has paid in full, you will receive instructions for redeeming the gift card reward.

3.2. Referred Customer: Subject to these Terms, if you are provided a Unique Link by an Existing Customer, you may be eligible for a one-time 20% discount off a paid Good e-Learning course (“Referral Discount”), provided you purchase it using the Unique Link through Good e-Learning’s online Site checkout. The details and amount of the discount will be set forth on the Referral Program landing pages and at Checkout.

4. Limitations

4.1. Each Referrer may receive up to 5 gift cards, even if more than 5 people use your Unique Link. Redemption of the Rewards Link gift card is subject to the terms of the gift card.

4.2. Referrers are only eligible for the Referral Bonus if a User purchases a course.

4.3. Some courses are excluded from the Referral Program. This means a referral discount cannot be applied to their purchase, and a Referrer cannot receive a Referral Bonus when they are purchased. The following courses are excluded from the Referral Program:

  • Agile Project Management (AgilePM®) Foundation

  • Agile Project Management (AgilePM®) Foundation & Practitioner

  • Agile Project Management (AgilePM®) Practitioner

  • Awareness: IT4IT™

  • Awareness: The TOGAF® Standard

  • COBIT® 2019 Foundation

  • GDPR Action & Implementation

  • GDPR Awareness

  • Implementation: The TOGAF® Standard

  • Practice Exams: TOGAF® 9 Foundation

4.4. Please don’t send any “spam” or illegal emails; or create bulk communications (e.g. mass text blasts; automated postings on Internet forums/ instant messages/phone calls); or endorse us without disclosing this promotion; or otherwise break the law when you are sending your Unique Links. All these actions are considered a breach of these Terms and also of the terms of use of Good e-Learning courses and give Good e-Learning the rights to take all the contractual and legal actions required to protect its own rights.

4.5. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Referral Program, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof), and with or without prior notice. Good e-Learning will not be liable to you in the event of any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Referral Program.

5. Fraud

Good e-Learning reserves the right, at any time, to perform audit checks on each Good e-Learning customer and any referrals. Should any fraudulent activity be suspected, a user may have their account suspended indefinitely. Fraudulent activity may include an attempt at having multiple accounts, claiming fraudulent Referral Rewards or any combination of indiscretions as deemed so by Good e-Learning.

We reserve the right to cancel, revoke, or otherwise prevent the issuance of the Referral Bonus or the Referral Discount in any suspected case of fraudulent use or misuse of this Referral Program.

6. Account Security

Existing Customers that provide a referral are responsible for the security of their own account and should not share confidential information, particularly their own username and password, with anyone. Good e-Learning cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred through access to your account if your username and/or password have been disclosed to a third party.

7. Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
