The TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM) lies at the core of the TOGAF enterprise architecture framework, having remained relatively unchanged in over 25 years. In this video, Mike from Good e-Learning takes a look at Phase E of the ADM: Opportunities and Solutions.

As the name suggests, this phase is all about finding specific solutions in order to take advantage of opportunities to deliver target architectures. It is the phase where the first iteration of your architecture roadmap will be delivered, using inputs from previous phases.
