About this Webinar:

Enterprise Architecture, including TOGAF, is sometimes seen as academic and theoretical. It’s a great idea in theory, but difficult to implement in practice. Opinions like this can result in EA being overlooked or ignored.

Another way of looking at Enterprise Architecture is to recognize that every organization must, of necessity, be based on EA concepts and principles - in the same way that buildings must conform to the fundamental principles of building architecture. So, the discussion switches from “do we need enterprise architecture” to “how can we implement enterprise architecture easily and effectively”.

This webinar looks at the fundamental principles behind TOGAF and EA in general from a highly practical perspective, giving you a wealth of tips on the practical applications of implementing TOGAF principles.

What will you Learn?

  • To understand EA and TOGAF principles and why they are so important

  • To discover practical ways to apply EA and TOGAF principles

  • To be able to explain why EA (TOGAF) is necessary

  • To ensure that projects are founded on sound principles
