About this Webinar:

We invite you to join us on November 18th at 6pm (GMT+1 or 12pm CDT) to Getting Value from Value Streams. You will also have the opportunity to ask Barclay Rae your own questions about value streams.

Value streams are a key development in ITIL 4 and beyond. The concept builds on our knowledge of service management processes and practices, to help us to fully understand and manage the end-to-end cycles of work that are involved in building and delivering services.

In ITIL 4 Value chains and Value streams are core elements of the service value system – this might sound complex, but this basically describes how we work and manage work across our organisation. The value chain represents our capability to create, deliver and support our services and products. Value streams are the specific pieces of work that we manage across our organisation, spanning teams, processes, capabilities, and tools. We need to visualise and understand these to improve and to deliver and demonstrate quality and value.

This webinar explains the basics of value streams - their context, value, and key attributes. It also provides a simple and practical walk through of how to use value streams and get the best value from them, with some simple examples.
