This course has been developed to provide you with a basis to understand the legal and ethical requirements in sales. It also helps you to understand the potential consequences of non-compliance with these requirements, for individuals, organizations and customers.
You should take this course if you wish to gain a solid understanding of the main laws which affect you and your organization as a salesperson.
To achieve the ISMM Level 3 Diploma, learners must complete each of the mandatory units (U201, U301, U302 and U303), giving a total of 17 credits, plus any of the optional units giving a minimum of another 20 credits, to a total of at least 37 credits.
Our course is accredited by ISMM and students will be awarded the ISMM U201 Award for "Understanding Ethics and Laws of Selling" at no extra cost!
