It is really very easy to access the learning materials and training for your course. All you need is a computer and a broadband internet connection and you will be able to log on and study wherever and whenever you like.

How Do I Access My eLearning Courses?

You can access everything you need from the Good e-Learning member area. Simply log in to Good e-Learning with your registered member details.

Once you have logged into the member area, you can start your training by clicking through to 'My Courses', which is situated in the left-hand menu. This will open The Learning Ecosystem in a new tab. From here you'll be able to play your courses, download resources, and track your progress.


What Equipment Do I Need?

You do not need any special equipment to play any of our eLearning courses, other than a desktop, laptop, or mobile device and an active internet connection. That's the beauty of online training!

In order for The Learning Ecosystem to perform efficiently it must be serviced by a number of people. Making sure that you get the most out of the platfrom is extremely important to us. This is why we provide the following services:


Learning Ecosystem Manager


Helpdesk Support Manager

The Helpdesk Support Manager would manage all support tickets in ZenDesk Support Platform and route tickets to appropriate team members for resolution.

All support requests made by end-users and trainers from within The Ecosystem are managed centrally from a Zendesk helpdesk system. Language detection and workflows would ensure that support tickets would be routed to the appropriate responder.
